Eser Yoğurtcu has spent more than 20 years as a serial entrepreneur building companies where technology meets play.
He was on the founding team of Peak Games — the studio behind Toy Blast and Toon Blast — acquired by Zynga in 2020 for $1.8 billion, at the time the largest exit in Turkish tech history. He went on to found companies across online education, on-demand services, and gaming, with his ventures invited to Stanford's StartX accelerator. As CEO of Gleam Games, the studio behind the puzzle title EverBlast, he led the company from launch through its acquisition by Game District in 2024.
Today, Yoğurtcu is Chief Strategy Officer of Game District, one of the world's top 10 mobile game publishers by downloads, with more than 20 studios and over 500 games to its name. He also invests in early-stage gaming and AI startups and advises founders. He writes about mobile game strategy and AI integration — from the vantage point of someone who has spent a career on the factory floor of the industry, not in the stands.
